Visitor Clarification Text

This clarification text has been prepared by Forest World Sapanca in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (‘KVKK’) for the purpose of informing about the processing of personal data of natural persons visiting our facility.

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:

  • To learn whether your personal data has been processed
  • To request information if it has been processed
  • To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with the purpose
  • To know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad
  • To request correction in case the data is incomplete or incorrectly processed
  • To request deletion or destruction of data in accordance with Article 7 of the KVKK
  • To request notification of these transactions to third parties to whom it is transferred
  • To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analysing the processed data exclusively by automated systems
  • To request the compensation of the damage in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data
